Yeah I've searched, and yeah I've researched for hours, and yeah Crutchfield.com rocks (but only for current units). Got some info from search, but it doesn't allow 'head' or 'player' in searching so results were broad. I want to get something that is last year's model (or older) because they're still good but won't have the prices of 'new' CD units. So only tell me about your older CD units, not the latest cutting edge. Criteria (all 'at least'):
Willing to spend <$230 online or through eBay
23 watts RMS (no immediate plans for external amp)
2 sets preamp outputs (1 for my subs, 1 for future amp)
CDR capable (CDRW a plus)
MOSFET a plus It's so hard to find model names and reviews for older models (the ones people are currently selling used on ebay) so hopefully you guys can tell me the name of your head unit if it fits the above broad criteria. I know this is low price but it's amazing how good this system can sound with Infinity Reference speakers or similar. Thanks!
